School Delay or Cancellation
In the event of a school cancellation or delay, you can tune to either of the following:
WCVB TV 5 www.thebostonchannel.com
WJAR TV 10 www.turnto10.com
In the event of an unscheduled early release, we would like to make dismissal process as smooth as possible.
Important Things to Remember

BCA will notify parent/emergency back up of the intended release time to try and give as much notice as possible.

Parent/emergency back up must then pick their children up at the designated time.

If you are part of a carpool, please work out who will coordinate pick up amongst parents. This is very important if your primary pick up driver works during school hours. By having a plan now, there will be no confusion later and unnecessary trips made.

It is not the school's responsibility to find a ride for your children.

Be sure your children know the plan.
